Transition to School

Starting 'Big School' is an important and exciting time for families and their kindy children.

The Transition to School Program supports children entering formal schooling through a range of school and community activities, the sharing of research on best practice, provision of practical support to childcare services and schools, and access to resources.

Parents, carers and practitioners can access information on upcoming events and activities along with the latest research by visiting the Illawarra Transition to School Project's website at www.transitiontoschool.com.au.
